PSPP 101: Public Sector Procurement Essentials

Home » My Courses

In this interactive course, you will learn about the fundamental principles that govern public sector procurement in Canada. We explain the processes, law, and specific nuances that can affect procurement activities and the key legal differences between regular contract law and competitive contracting law. Duties and obligations of purchasers and suppliers during a competitive process are also explored.

This course will take approximately 8 hours to complete and is comprised of 6 Modules. Begin by listening to the PSPP 101 Introduction, then complete your Pre-Course Knowledge Assessment. Once you have finished all 6 modules, you will complete the Post-Course Knowledge Assessment. This is designed specifically to measure your learning.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a link to your post-course evaluation, a quick 3-question survey. Good luck and enjoy the journey!
