Hello Linza
Thanks for the introductory post, it was good to meet you today.
Your comment about unpredictability is interesting and it speaks to the importance of WHO is involved in Planning.
Procurement has a role in guiding users about outcomes and how early those conversations start is critical. Last minute launches…..rarely end well!
I encourage you to record “lessons learned” from each procurement and share the good and bad of those learnings during future Planning.
As you move into leadership ( if that is your path) this collaborative Planning subject becomes a huge focus for success.

ChrisHello Colisha,
Thanks for the introductory post, it was good to meet you today.
Your work appears more specialized than perhaps other Procurement positions.
Do you separate Contract Amendments from Change Orders or are they treated the same?

ChrisHello Diana,

Your role sounds dynamic with lots of relationships building required.
In your work, do you have a Procurement Intake Form document or electronic process developed to organize and standardize?

ChrisHello Anny,
Thanks for the introductory post, it was good to meet you today.
RFB’s (Request for Bid) documents are rare in my experience and I curious about your organizations use of them.
do RFB’s replace RFQ’s and/ or Request for Tenders in the Yukon environment?
Regards,
