All reading material, case studies, and documents you’ll be reviewing in this course are hyperlinked to the slides. They can also be found in the Resource Tab (top right corner) of your online Modules. Be sure to review the Glossary of Terms before you begin. As you work through the weekly modules, note any questions you have.

LIVE SESSIONS: Delivered over Zoom
You must complete the online module before each LIVE session and arrive well-prepared to share your ideas with colleagues during the small group breakouts. The instructor will be online 20 minutes early to provide an optional Module Review. The Review is extremely valuable as the instructor covers real-life experiences and it is your opportunity for Q and A. Please advise if you cannot attend a LIVE session.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:
While you have two weeks to complete your post-course knowledge assessment after the course ends, it is advisable to begin as soon as you can while your knowledge is fresh. To receive a passing grade, you must achieve the following.
- Achieve a minimum of 75% on your post-course knowledge assessment (you will have 3 attempts to pass) and
- Attend 3 of the 4 LIVE sessions.
If you do not meet the requirements and you still want to pursue your PSPP Certificate, you will have to repeat the course at your cost.
DIGITAL BADGE:
Upon successful completion, you will receive an email invitation from Credly.com to access and download your digital badge, transforming knowledge, skills, and achievements into verifiable evidence of success. Your digital badge can also be converted into a Certificate of Completion from the Credly site.
Share your badge on your email signature and professional platforms like LinkedIn and tag #theprocurementschool. Be sure to whitelist emails from Credly to make sure it doesn’t arrive in your junk folder.
TROUBLESHOOTING ONLINE COURSE
- If the screen says the user has completed less than 100%, it means either the user did not complete 100% or their progress was not being tracked from low bandwidth. Don’t worry about this message.
- If you are experiencing unusual audio or screen issues, shut down the program and refresh. If the issue continues, try a different browser.
