In this interactive course, you will learn the fundamental principles that govern public sector procurement in Canada. The course explores procurement processes, relevant laws, and key nuances that can affect procurement activities. You will also examine the legal differences between traditional contract law and competitive contracting law, as well as the duties and obligations of both purchasers and suppliers throughout a competitive procurement process.
This course takes approximately 8 hours to complete and is comprised of 6 modules.
To get started:
- Listen to the PSPP 101 Introduction.
- Complete the Pre-Course Knowledge Assessment.
- Work through all 6 course modules.
- Complete the Post-Course Knowledge Assessment, which is designed to measure your learning and knowledge gained throughout the course.
